Licensed purchasers only

KingFluids products are sold only to licensed funeral professionals, authorized trade embalmers, and authorized anatomical / university laboratory programs. Consumers, students, and unlicensed persons may not purchase. We may request license numbers, firm documentation, or institutional authorization before quoting or shipping.

Orders subject to approval

Submitting a quote request is not an order. Express Chemical LLC may accept, decline, or condition any order, including after a quote is issued. No sale is complete until we confirm approval and arrange shipment.

Hazardous materials

Products may be hazardous materials under US DOT and OSHA rules. The purchaser is responsible for lawful transportation after delivery terms are met, storage, labeling, employee training, and use. SDS are provided on request and must be reviewed before handling.

No formulation advice on this site

Website content is supply information, not professional instruction. We do not provide mixing recipes, DIY guidance, or use protocols online. Use is the licensed professional's responsibility under applicable law and firm protocol.

No consumer or prohibited uses

Products are not offered for household, hobby, agricultural, or any weaponization or illegal purpose. We will refuse orders we believe are outside licensed funeral or anatomical use.

Shipping

KingFluids products are blended to order to protect shelf life, then shipped on a timely schedule, subject to approval, hazmat constraints, and carrier cutoff. Warehouse: 1200 West 4th Street, Granite City, IL 62040. Title and risk pass per the invoice terms we issue.

Pricing

Prices are quoted individually. This site does not list prices, SKUs, or certifications. Quotes may expire. Standard packaging is 5-gal pails (minimum 6), 30-gal drums, and 55-gal drums.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Express Chemical LLC is not liable for consequential damages arising from use of chemicals after delivery to a licensed purchaser. Product liability is limited to replacement or refund of the unopened product we shipped, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
