Information we collect

If you submit a quote or contact form, we receive the fields you enter (name, firm, email, phone, license number if provided, city/state, product interest, quantity, and message). Forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to sgaines@expresschem.com.

Server logs on our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may include IP address, user agent, and pages requested.

How we use it

We use inquiry data to review purchaser eligibility, quote hazardous-materials orders, ship approved orders, and respond to you. We do not sell personal information.

Licensed-purchaser data

License numbers and firm details are used only to confirm that we are dealing with a licensed funeral or anatomical professional before quoting or shipping regulated chemicals.

Retention and your choices

We keep business records as required for chemical distribution and tax purposes. Email sgaines@expresschem.com to update or correct your firm's information.

Children

This site is for licensed adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
